Yeah, I know....Long time no post!
Things have been happening at Dor Galen . We have joined a fiber cooperative and everyone is busy trying to get it up and running.
We are working on establishing a new breed.............The Dor Galen breed to be precise. We have an active ram who is in with the other Dor Galen ewes and we are hoping for fall lambs. We've had two surprises already born July 1st......twin ewes out of a purebred Shetland with Rambo, our active Dor Galen ram, siring these two in early February before he was separated from the rest of the spinning flock.
We are planning to purchase a digital camera tomorrow so new photos can be added to this blog and update our website!
More photos of our flock will be arriving on this blog.
